DELIVERY POLICY

For German Emirates ClubMember Card Orders via the GEC Mobile App, the German Emirates Club Website or by phone:

1. Delivery Address: The GEC ClubMember card will be delivered by courier to the last known address provided by the ClubMember in the GEC system. It is the responsibility of the ClubMember to provide accurate and up-to-date information for delivery.

2. Delivery Timeframe: Delivery of the ClubMember card will take 5 to 7 business days from the date of the order. German Emirates Club will not be responsible for any delay caused by factors outside of its control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier service delays.

3. Delivery Confirmation: Once the GEC ClubMember card has been dispatched, the ClubMember will receive a call or SMS notification with the courier details to enable them to track the delivery status.

4. Signature Requirement: A signature is required upon delivery of the GEC ClubMember card. If the ClubMember is not available at the time of delivery, the courier service will reschedule the delivery.

5. Delivery Charges: German Emirates Club will cover the cost of delivery for GEC ClubMember card orders. However, if the ClubMember requests a change of delivery address after the dispatch of the card, the ClubMember will be liable for any additional delivery charges incurred.

6. Liability: German Emirates Club shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to the GEC ClubMember card during delivery once it has been dispatched from our office. The ClubMember is advised to check the card upon receipt to ensure it is in good condition.

7. Change of Delivery Address: If the ClubMember wishes to change the delivery address after placing the order, they must contact the German Emirates Club exclusive hotline immediately. German Emirates Club will make every effort to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee that the change can be made in time.

8. Non-Delivery: If the customer does not receive the GEC ClubMember card within 10 business days from the dispatch date, they must contact the German Emirates Club exclusive hotline immediately to report the non-delivery. German Emirates Club will investigate the matter and arrange for a replacement card to be dispatched if necessary.

By placing an order for the GEC ClubMember card via the GEC Mobile App, the GEC Website or by phone, the customer agrees to these Delivery Policy terms and conditions.
