REFUND POLICY

For German Emirates ClubMember Card Orders via the GEC Mobile App, the German Emirates Club Website, or by phone:

1. An order for the GEC ClubMember card, once placed and paid for by the ClubMember, is not subject to cancellation and/or refund for any reason except as listed below. The ClubMember must ensure that they have checked all the information they have provided before finalizing their order.

2. If there has been an error on the part of German Emirates Club that results in a duplicate order or an incorrect charge, the ClubMember must notify the German Emirates Club exclusive hotline immediately. German Emirates Club will investigate the matter and arrange for a refund to be processed if necessary.

3. If the GEC ClubMember card is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, the ClubMember must notify the German Emirates Club exclusive hotline immediately. German Emirates Club will investigate the matter and arrange for a replacement card to be dispatched if necessary. Refunds will only be processed if a replacement card cannot be provided.

4. If the GEC ClubMember card is lost or stolen after it has been dispatched, the ClubMember must notify the German Emirates Club exclusive hotline immediately. German Emirates Club will investigate the matter and arrange for a replacement card to be dispatched if necessary. Refunds will only be processed if a replacement card cannot be provided.

5. If the GEC ClubMember card is not delivered due to reasons outside of the control of the German Emirates Club, such as incorrect address information provided by the ClubMember, German Emirates Club will not be held responsible. Refunds will not be processed in such cases.

6. German Emirates Club reserves the right to refuse refunds if it is found that the ClubMember has violated the terms and conditions of the ClubMember card program, including but not limited to, the use of the card for unauthorized purposes.

By placing an order for the GEC ClubMember card via the GEC Mobile App, the GEC Website or by phone, the ClubMember agrees to these Refund Policy terms and conditions.
